Welcome to **StyleUp**. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the StyleUp online store and any purchase you make through our store.
By accessing our store, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our store.
1. About StyleUp
StyleUp is an online retail store offering products to customers through its online store. Some products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, or shipping partners on our behalf.
We may update our product selection, suppliers, prices, promotions, and store policies from time to time.
2. Account Terms
You may be able to create an account when using our store.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities carried out through your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.
You may also place an order without creating an account if this option is available at checkout.
3. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, descriptions, photographs, prices, specifications, colours, sizes, and other information displayed on StyleUp are accurate.
However, because some products are supplied and fulfilled by third parties:
* Product packaging may differ from photographs shown on our store.
* Minor differences in colour, appearance, measurements, or design may occur.
* Manufacturers or suppliers may change packaging or product specifications.
* Product images may be for illustrative purposes where indicated.
* Product availability may change without notice.
These differences do not affect your statutory rights under applicable Indian law.
If a product you receive is materially different from its description, defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may contact us regarding an applicable return, replacement, or refund.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on StyleUp are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time before an order is accepted.
We may offer discounts, promotional codes, sales, or other offers. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.
Applicable taxes and delivery charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated before you complete your purchase.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
StyleUp does not store complete payment-card information where payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.
If an obvious pricing or product-information error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid.
5. Orders and Order Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation. An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted for fulfilment.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including when:
* the product is unavailable;
* there is an obvious pricing or product-information error;
* the supplier is unable to fulfil the product;
* the delivery address is outside our serviceable area;
* we suspect fraud or unauthorized payment activity;
* the order appears to be placed for resale or other unauthorized commercial purposes; or
* required information has not been provided.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue an applicable refund to the original payment method or another appropriate payment method.
6. Dropshipping and Third-Party Fulfilment
Some StyleUp products may be shipped directly from a third-party supplier, manufacturer, warehouse, or fulfilment partner.
As a result, the package you receive may have information relating to a supplier, manufacturer, fulfilment centre, or shipping partner.
We remain responsible for handling customer support and applicable consumer remedies for purchases made through StyleUp, subject to applicable law.
Product availability, processing times, packaging, and shipping arrangements may vary depending on the supplier fulfilling your order.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver products to serviceable locations in India using third-party courier and logistics providers.
Orders are generally processed after successful payment and may take a few business days to be prepared for shipment.
Estimated delivery dates or timeframes displayed at checkout or on the product page are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be delayed because of circumstances including:
* courier or logistics delays;
* incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
* weather conditions;
* natural disasters;
* strikes or transportation disruptions;
* government restrictions;
* public emergencies;
* supplier or warehouse delays; or
* other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once an order has been handed to a courier, tracking information may be provided where available.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information.
If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect address, repeatedly failed to accept delivery, or otherwise caused the delivery failure, additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply where permitted by law.
8. Multiple Products and Separate Shipments
If an order contains multiple products, the products may be shipped separately depending on supplier availability, warehouse location, or logistics arrangements.
You may therefore receive multiple packages for a single order and they may arrive at different times.
Separate shipments do not automatically constitute a missing or incomplete order.
9. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Our return and refund process is intended to comply with applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, materially different from its description, or otherwise eligible for a remedy under applicable law, please contact us at our customer-support email as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
We may request photographs, videos, order information, or other reasonable evidence to assess the issue.
Where a return is approved, you may be required to return the product in accordance with the instructions provided by StyleUp.
Returned products may be required to be unused and in their original condition, packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation, except where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law provides otherwise.
Certain products may be non-returnable where permitted by applicable law, including products that are personalized, perishable, hygiene-sensitive, or otherwise unsuitable for return.
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
We do not charge customers for returning a product where the return is required because the product was defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under Indian law.
10. Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed or shipped, where cancellation is possible.
Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If cancellation is permitted after payment, any applicable refund will be processed according to our refund procedures and applicable law.
11. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use StyleUp or our services:
* for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
* to violate applicable Indian laws or regulations;
* to provide false or misleading information;
* to use stolen or unauthorized payment methods;
* to impersonate another person or entity;
* to interfere with the operation or security of our store;
* to upload or transmit malicious software;
* to attempt unauthorized access to our systems;
* to scrape or copy our website content without permission;
* to abuse promotional codes, discounts, refunds, returns, or other offers;
* to place fraudulent or intentionally abusive orders; or
* to engage in any activity that could harm StyleUp, our customers, suppliers, service providers, or other users.
We may cancel orders, restrict access, or suspend accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
12. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on StyleUp, including our store name, logos, text, graphics, photographs, designs, product listings, website layout, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to StyleUp or its respective content providers.
You may use our store for personal and lawful shopping purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
13. Third-Party Services
StyleUp may use third-party services including payment gateways, courier companies, logistics providers, hosting providers, technology providers, and product suppliers.
These third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for failures caused solely by third-party services that are outside our reasonable control, although we will take reasonable steps to assist customers where appropriate.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, StyleUp will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our store or products.
Our liability in relation to a particular product or order will, to the extent legally permitted, be limited to the amount paid by the customer for that product or order.
However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.
15. Force Majeure
StyleUp will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Such events may include natural disasters, extreme weather, war, civil unrest, government actions, strikes, transportation disruptions, internet or telecommunications failures, supplier disruptions, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
16. Privacy
Your use of StyleUp is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
We may collect and use information necessary to process orders, provide customer support, arrange delivery, process payments, prevent fraud, and operate our store in accordance with applicable law.
A separate Privacy Policy will be made available on our store.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on our store with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of StyleUp after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase from StyleUp will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and authorities in **India**, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights or dispute-resolution mechanisms available to you under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights before a competent Consumer Commission, court, or other authority having jurisdiction under Indian law.
